- Artist's note: This work was inspired by and loosely based upon a circa 1900 photograph by F. Holland Day (American, 1864-1933) See Day's photograph
- Made with charcoal, pen-and-inks, watercolor, watercolor pencils and Windsor & Newton pigmented markers heightened with touches of Chinese White on Stonehenge drawing paper
- Image measures 9 by 9 inches (as shown, sheet slightly larger)
- Created in May 2021
- Signed by the artist with his monogram (PG), lower right; signed again with his full name and dated on the reverse
